CHEE 687 Guest Seminar: Equity in Academia

A guest seminar given in a graduate-level Chemical Engineering course: Research Skills & Ethics. An introduction to concepts of social equity, diversity, and inclusion and their relevance to the various roles undertaken by graduate students---researcher, mentor, teaching assistant, author, etc. This workshop focuses on providing new graduate students with the opportunity to work together through various grey-area case studies and explore possible resources and courses of action.
