The core of our initiative is to promote social education and awareness at the university level.

 

As researchers in STEMM, we recognise the importance of marrying our technical skills with soft skills such as leadership, conflict resolution, and active listening. Through a variety of training sessions, workshops, and discussion groups, we encourage participants to investigate the relevance of social equity, diversity, and inclusion in both our personal and professional spheres. We're continually developing our approach to better engage engineers, using a combination of scientific studies, anecdotes, discussion points, and interactive exercises to explore multiple perspectives and strategies for fostering a healthier campus environment.
